LANDSDALE

Landsdale is located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia and is part of the City of Wanneroo. It is a highly sought after, family friendly and diverse suburb, with leafy parks, sporting facilities & beautiful walkways, with people from many cultures & nationalities calling it home. A central location between the CBD, the Coast and the Swan Valley with desirable schools and excellent amenities it offers an outstanding lifestyle to young and maturing families.

We have personally split the suburb into three main pockets:

1. North Landsdale
Rich in history, with many large lots and iconic properties positioned around the central hub of the suburb; Warradale Park, Broadview Park & Landsdale Forum Shopping Centre.

2. South Landsdale
Bordered by Hepburn Avenue & Kingsway, which includes the Alto Estate and some amazing views from elevated positions through to the Darling Ranges & to the Perth CBD.

3. East Landsdale
Includes the award winning Corimbia Estate, contemporary house designs and some of the best playgrounds in the Northern Suburbs. With new construction still happening, this is the growth area of the suburb with many new families building their dream home.

Warradale Park

Warradale Park is a beautiful leafy space, located on Warradale Terrace. A nice place for families, the central lake is a stunning outlook and there's plenty to explore for the kids, with 4 different playgrounds including 'Sam's Playground'.

Landsdale Primary School

Landsdale Primary School is part of the Ashdale cluster of neighbouring schools and is proudly an Independent Public School. The technology program and learning environment is innovative and caters for the needs of individual students. The school provides education from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Carnaby Rise Primary School

Carnaby Rise Primary School is one of Western Australia’s newest Independant Public Schools and opened in 2017, with a growing student population of Kindergarten to Year 6. Landsdale Gardens Primary School

The Newest Landsdale Primary School opened its doors in 2023, its name is a nod to the former market gardens in the area that were developed into residential lots in the 1990s. The new $24.7 primary school can accommodate 540 students from Kindergarten to Year 6, easing enrolment pressure on surrounding schools and providing for future growth in student demand. The school has five state-of-the-art teaching blocks, featuring a dedicated Kindergarten and Pre-primary block, an education support classroom for students with special educational needs, and art and science classrooms.
