Darch, one of the City of Wanneroo’s most premium suburbs superbly located just 20km north of Perth’s CBD, only 12.6 km from the white sands of the West Australian coast line at Sorrento and Whitfords Beaches & Hillarys Boat Harbour and 20km to the magnificent Swan Valley famous for it’s world class wineries. Known for it’s brilliant amenities including the Darch Plaza and Kingsway Bistro, access to reputable schools, sporting facilities & beautiful parks, Darch is a popular choice for family friendly living. Largely developed as residential through the early and mid 2000’s having previously been utilised largely as market gardens, today Darch is the proud home to many people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

We have personally split the suburb into two main pockets:

1. North Darch

Designed around key amenities, including the Darch Plaza and renowned public and private schools, this popular location has quality homes and green parklands for family living. Easy access in and out of the suburb and close proximity to the industrial area has driven demand, with it being considered a premium locale in the northern suburbs.

2. South Darch
Diverse in years of construction, this location is suitable for all ages with varying accomodation options including cottage lots through to full family size lots. Walking distance to the Kingsway Sporting Complex, Landsdale Farm School and Kingsway Shopping Centre, this convenient location is in the middle of everything.

Ashdale Primary School is an independent public school, culturally rich with students from diverse backgrounds. It has modern, technology embedded facilities and caters to students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Landsdale Gardens Primary School

The Newest Landsdale Primary School opened its doors in 2023, its name is a nod to the former market gardens in the area that were developed into residential lots in the 1990s. The new $24.7 primary school can accommodate 540 students from Kindergarten to Year 6, easing enrolment pressure on surrounding schools and providing for future growth in student demand. The school has five state-of-the-art teaching blocks, featuring a dedicated Kindergarten and Pre-primary block, an education support classroom for students with special educational needs, and art and science classrooms. Further modern facilities include an administration block, library resource centre, staff room, undercover assembly area with a music room and canteen, playground, hard courts, and shared use oval.

Established in 1984 Kingsway Christian College is located on the corner of Kingsway and Hartman Drive. It is a private school and strives to provide students with a stimulating and safe environment in order for a meaningful learning experience. With state of the art facilities and a new auditorium, this is a desired local school providing education from Kindergarten to Year 12.
